�? Join Our Clients Team as a Temporary Receptionist! �?

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a temporary role in the education sector? Our client, a School in St Neots, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and support our vibrant school community!

Contract Type: Temporary, Immediate start, may have the opportunity to go permanent
Start Date: October 20, 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (30-minute lunch)
Term Time Only

£12.50-£13.00 an hour

• You will ideally need an enhanced DBS on the update service

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with a warm smile and provide assistance.
• Answer phone calls, manage enquiries, and take clear messages.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff, relaying important information.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Maintain keen attention to detail in all tasks.
• Support the School Secretary as needed.
