Temporary Receptionist - Prestigious Property Management Company
Location: Marble Arch, London
Contract: Temporary (this week only)
Pay Rate: £13-14 per hour
Tuesday 6th: 10:30am - 4:30pm
Wednesday 7th: 8:30am - 2:00pm
Thursday 8th: 11:00am - 4:30pm
Friday 9th: 11:00am - 4:30pm
We are currently recruiting a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support a prestigious property management company based in Marble Arch. This role is ideal for someone confident in front-of-house duties and able to step in at short notice.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors
Answering and directing incoming calls
Handling emails and basic administrative tasks
Supporting the office team as required
Maintaining a professional and presentable reception area
Previous reception or front-of-house experience
Professional, polished, and approachable manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable supporting a busy office environment
