Job Description:

HR Business Partner (12-month FTC – Immediate Start Preferred)

Shape high-impact change and org design in a fast-moving technology organisation.

We’re entering a period of transformation, with organisation-wide programmes that need strong HR leadership to keep pace, solve problems quickly and ensure change lands effectively. As our new HR Business Partner, you’ll work across multiple business areas to drive critical people initiatives, shape organisational design, and lead the change activity behind some of our most important programmes.

This role is hybrid with some home working and some office travel.

Responsibilities:

Leading sector-wide people initiatives and transformation programmes, ensuring progress, alignment and pace.

Shaping organisational design activities, including structures, roles, capabilities and workforce planning.

Acting as the bridge between HR and the business, ensuring priorities, delivery plans and impacts are clearly aligned.

Driving the people-focused elements of major change programmes, ensuring effective coordination, communication and adoption.

Experience:

Deep experience in restructures, consultations, workforce transitions and embedding new operating models.

Experience of designing and leading HR transformations.

Prior experience of working within FTC or contract HRBP roles.

Knowledge of the public and private sector.

CIPD qualified.

Salary:

Up to £75k depending on experience, bonus and benefits
