We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a successful and expanding manufacturing business in Corby. Due to continued growth, we have a variety of roles available across production, assembly, machine operation, packing, quality inspection, and general manufacturing support.

Working Hours - Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm
- Other shifts available
The RoleDepending on the department, duties may include:
- Operating production machinery
- Assembly and manufacturing tasks
- Quality checking finished products
- Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
About You - Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
